THIS IS A PRIVACY POLICY FOR JobSiteForecast LLC (hereinafter “JobSiteForecast” or “we”, “us”) RELATED TO INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ON JobSiteForecast SUITE OF ONLINE BUSINESS SOFTWARE.

Information We Collect

We do not request or collect any personal sensitive information, we only collect information which you send through the application such as:
– Authentication data for the purpose of signing in
– Timecard information if your company uses the timecard service

How the Information is Collected

If you use our mobile application, we may process information with your permission:
– Geolocation Data to assist in providing location based services
– Push Notifications to assist in providing schedule changes.  You may turn these off in your device settings.

Why the Information is Collected

We do not track your activities or collect analytics.  We do install cookies on your device for the purposes of logging into the systems.  The geolocation information is only used on your device in order to provide driving directions.  The push notifications are provided to give you up to date schedule information.

Who We Share Information With

We do not share any information with third parties, except as noted below.  
– Information is shared with your employer as part of their use of the software services.  
– Information is shared with Google Maps API for the purposes of providing directions.

Data Security

All data is maintained in a firewall protected server that is monitored.  Access to the information is controlled by username and passwords as setup and managed by your employer.

User Rights

Access and/or correction of your data must be done through your employer.  

Legal Requirements and Data Retention

If your employer is using the timecard system, there may be legal requirements for retention of timecards.  You should contact your employer if you have any questions about these legal requirements.
